These photographs have been placed online in a primarily un-watermarked, though lower-resolution state as a free service to those who I have taken the pictures of. They are free to view and enjoy on this site for an unlimitted length of time. I also give my permission as the photographer and copyright owner of these photographs for the subjects of the images and the subjects only to download copies of the images for their own personal use. Please Note that "personal use" at no point includes the use of these photographs for personal gain. Please DO NOT try to resell these images as your own.
When possible, and when large numbers of images are being used from my collections, a notation of credit back to either me, Ash Rhodes, or the site, BlackHole Photography.com, would be nice, but is not required.
Those who need larger resolution copies of their images can contact me by clicking on the Contact link on each gallery page. Please include the name of the image that you need a high-res copy of and if possible the reason (just because I'm a curious fellow). I will either zip them up and make them available for download or email you back with them attached to the email.
